Beginning a series of #DramAtticExclusive cocktail recipes to make this summer a little easier to get through. In this series, we will have some of the finest talent of the beverage world share recipes of cocktails with us.
We kick off the series with this very beautiful Red & Black Maple Mule prepared exclusively for Dram Attic by Diageo Reserve Brand Ambassador Nicholas Ord. The drink is equal parts refreshing and bold and we guarantee that you will not stop at one.
- 60 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp homemade blackcurrant, pepper, & maple jam
- a few dashes of angostura bitters
- pinch of red chilli flakes
- ginger ale
- absinthe spray
Add all ingredients, except the ginger ale and absinthe spray into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well. Pour into a tall glass and top with a splash of ginger ale and absinthe spray.
Garnish with orange twist and chilli flakes. Drink responsibly!
